Meet Brittney
Brittney Jones, M.Ed., is an educator, strategist, curriculum designer, and lifelong believer that learning should never feel one-size-fits-all.
With more than a decade of experience across K–12 education, school leadership, out-of-school-time programming, curriculum development, and educator support, Brittney has spent her career turning big ideas into learning experiences that actually work for students and the adults who serve them.
Her experience spans classrooms, school leadership, nonprofit education, and district-level curriculum strategy, giving her a unique ability to see education from multiple angles. She has taught students, coached educators, designed programs, led teams, developed curriculum, and managed initiatives serving schools and communities at scale.
Brittney founded F.O.R.G.E. Consulting Co., which stands for Fostering Opportunity, Rigor, Growth & Excellence, to bring all of that experience together in one place.
At F.O.R.G.E., she partners with schools, organizations, and education leaders to create thoughtful K–12 curriculum, engaging out-of-school-time programs, practical professional learning, and resources that make learning more meaningful. She is also the creator of children’s educational books designed to make skill-building feel a little more joyful and a lot less like work.
Her own journey as a learner is part of that story. Brittney earned her bachelor’s in history from Howard University and her master’s in education from Moreland University, and she is currently pursuing her Executive MBA at NYU Stern. It is a path that lets her bring both an educator’s heart and a strategist’s mindset to every project. She is especially interested in what happens when strong pedagogy meets smart design, innovation, equity, and a willingness to rethink the way things have always been done.
Because great learning experiences aren’t simply written.
They’re forged.
