What We Do
F.O.R.G.E. Consulting Co. partners with districts, charter networks, independent schools, edtech companies, and youth nonprofits on inquiry-based curriculum, out-of-school-time programs, training, and children's books.

For schools and edtech: curriculum and lesson plan writing with a specialty in inquiry-based social studies, primary source text sets curated and grade-leveled, curriculum audits for alignment, rigor, and representation, special education adaptation with built-in scaffolds, and edtech content writing for learning platforms.

For youth programs: summer and after-school curriculum that does not feel like more school, academic recovery and literacy support, program design and audits from schedule to staffing, outcome measurement and grant-ready program documentation, and family engagement activities and guides.

For educators and staff: teacher professional development on inquiry and primary source instruction, OST staff and volunteer training in classroom management and inclusive practice, facilitator guides so non-teachers can deliver lessons well, and conference sessions and keynotes.

Founded by Brittney S. Jones, M.Ed., a former special education and history teacher, assistant principal, nonprofit program leader, and district curriculum manager. Every resource is rigorous, standards-aligned, and built so all students, including those often overlooked, see themselves in the learning.
